When do I receive my order?
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–12 business hours. After processing, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

When you have paid for the order, you will automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice in two ways, this can be done in two ways. The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Returns, exchanges and complaints
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact support with your order details.
